Shipping policy

An estimated ship date is the date an order is expected to leave Gigatech. It is not a promise that the carrier will deliver the order on that date or within 24 hours.

Processing and handling time

For an in-stock configuration, Gigatech normally prepares the order and hands it to the carrier on the next business day after the order is placed. Some PC configurations require 2 to 3 business days to prepare because of build complexity. Backordered items generally require about 7 business days before they are ready to ship.

Business-day handling estimates apply Monday through Friday. They describe processing time before the carrier receives the package.

Ship date versus delivery date

The estimated ship date is when Gigatech expects to hand the completed order to the carrier. Carrier transit starts after that handoff. Delivery timing depends on the shipping service selected at checkout, the destination, and the carrier's performance.

A 1-business-day handling estimate does not mean next-day delivery.

Shipping methods and cost

The shipping services available for an address and their exact prices are shown at checkout before payment. Any eligible shipping discount is also shown there. The method and amount displayed at checkout govern the order.
