Choosing a PC

Find the right configuration, features, and payment path.

Can Gigatech customize a computer for my needs?

Yes. Gigatech can quote a custom configuration based on your software, games, displays, peripherals, performance goals, budget, and deadline.

How can I choose the right Gigatech gaming PC?

Use Rapid Builder for a guided starting point, or tell Gigatech which games or software you use, your monitor resolution and refresh rate, your budget, and whether you plan to stream or use VR. Recommendations are based on the current catalog and current software requirements, not a guaranteed frame-rate claim.

Can a Gigatech desktop be upgraded later?

Most Gigatech desktops use standard replaceable components. Compatibility depends on the case, motherboard, power supply, cooling, and the new component. Contact Gigatech with the exact model and planned upgrade before buying parts; customer-installed parts are not covered, and damage caused during an upgrade is not a warranty defect.

Does the PC arrive assembled and ready to use?

Yes. Gigatech assembles, configures, and tests the system before shipment. The customer still completes the normal Windows first-run setup and connects the power cable, monitor, network antennas, keyboard, mouse, and other accessories.

What is included with a tower or complete setup bundle?

A tower-only product includes the desktop and the items specifically listed on that product page. A complete setup bundle includes only the monitor, keyboard, mouse, cables, and other items listed for that exact bundle. Check the current product title and included-items section rather than assuming every listing has the same accessories.

Can I connect more than one monitor?

Usually, yes, as long as the graphics card has enough compatible outputs and can support the desired resolutions and refresh rates. Connect every gaming display to the graphics card, not the motherboard video ports. Send Gigatech the monitor models and connection types for exact compatibility guidance.

Will a controller, headset, microphone, or VR headset work with my PC?

Compatibility depends on the accessory, connection type, operating system support, and the exact PC configuration. Provide the accessory or headset model before purchasing so Gigatech can compare its current requirements with the computer. Standalone VR headsets may work differently from PC-powered VR headsets.

Can Gigatech guarantee a specific FPS in a game?

No fixed FPS should be promised without a controlled benchmark of the exact configuration, game version, settings, resolution, and driver version. Gigatech can recommend an appropriate performance tier using current game requirements and the customer's intended settings.

Can I pay for a Gigatech PC over time?

Available installment or financing options appear near the product price or during checkout. Approval, rates, terms, and availability are determined by the financing provider, so approval and any displayed payment amount are not guaranteed.

Orders & Shipping

Timing, tracking, delivery, cancellations, and shipment issues.

When will my order ship?

Use the estimated ship date shown on the current product page or order confirmation. In-stock systems often ship the next business day, while more complex builds may take two to three business days and backordered items may take about seven days. Weekends, holidays, inventory, customization, and quality checks can change the estimate.

When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking is emailed after the shipping label is generated and may take several hours to show its first carrier scan. Customers with a Gigatech account can also check their order status there. Contact support if tracking remains unchanged beyond the carrier's normal update period.

Which shipping carrier does Gigatech use?

Most computer orders ship through UPS, but the carrier can vary by destination and service. If a customer needs a particular carrier, has a carrier restriction, or uses a P.O. box or military address, they should contact Gigatech before ordering so delivery eligibility can be confirmed.

Can Gigatech ship to a P.O. box?

No. Current Gigatech policy requires a physical street address for desktop orders and does not support delivery to P.O. boxes. Contact Gigatech before ordering for APO/FPO or another special address so delivery eligibility can be confirmed.

Does Gigatech offer local delivery in New Jersey?

Local delivery is available only when the option appears at checkout for the New Jersey delivery address entered. Checkout displays the current eligibility, timing, and cost. If the option does not appear, contact Gigatech before ordering to ask whether another local arrangement is available.

Why did only part of my bundle arrive?

A desktop, monitor, and accessories may ship in separate packages and receive separate tracking numbers. Check every tracking link in the shipment confirmation. If an item is not represented by a tracking number or appears lost, contact Gigatech with the order number and the item that is missing.

What should I do if my shipment is damaged or missing items?

Contact Gigatech or the marketplace promptly and keep all packaging. Provide the order number, photos of the outer box, shipping label, internal packaging, damage, and any missing-item details. Do not discard the box or repair shipping damage before the claim is documented.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact Gigatech immediately with the order number. A change or cancellation may be possible before the order has shipped, but it is not guaranteed after parts have been allocated, a custom build has begun, or a label has been created. Marketplace orders may also require action through that marketplace.

Does Gigatech ship outside the continental United States?

Current Gigatech policy supports the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses; other international shipping is not currently offered. Contact Gigatech before ordering to confirm service, taxes or duties, transit time, and warranty-shipping terms for Canada or a special destination.

Warranty & Returns

Coverage, returns, repairs, packaging, and service expectations.

What warranty is included with a Gigatech desktop?

Current Gigatech desktops include a one-year limited parts-and-labor warranty from the original invoice date plus lifetime technical support. Gigatech may repair or replace a covered defective part with a new or reconditioned part. Damage, misuse, unauthorized work, shipping damage caused by inadequate return packaging, and service outside the warranty scope may not be covered.

What does lifetime technical support mean?

Gigatech can continue helping diagnose and troubleshoot the original system after the one-year limited warranty ends. Lifetime support does not extend free parts, labor, shipping, or replacement coverage beyond the written warranty period.

How do I start warranty service?

Contact admin@gigatechgaming.com or use the website support form. Include the purchase channel, order number or order-confirmation screenshot, exact model, a clear description of the problem, when it began, what was connected, troubleshooting already attempted, and photos or video when useful. Gigatech will try safe troubleshooting first and issue return instructions if depot service is needed.

Will Gigatech send me a prepaid warranty or return label?

Shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return, the purchase channel, the written policy, and the authorization for that case. Prepaid labels are generally provided for approved DOA or shipping-damage cases and may be approved in other warranty situations. A prepaid label is not guaranteed until Gigatech confirms it for the specific case.

Do I need the original packaging for warranty service or a return?

The original computer packaging is strongly recommended because it was designed for the system. If it is unavailable, ask Gigatech for packing guidance or use a professional packing service. The customer is responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging, and Gigatech does not promise a replacement box.

How should I pack a desktop for warranty service?

Follow the RMA instructions and use the original packaging when possible. Otherwise, protect the exterior with substantial cushioning, prevent movement inside a sturdy box, and stabilize heavy internal components only with appropriate nonconductive packing material. Do not place loose material where it can damage fans, sockets, or electronics; ask Gigatech for guidance or use a professional packer if unsure.

What should I send back for desktop warranty service?

Send only the items listed in the RMA instructions. For most desktop repairs, that means the tower only; do not include the monitor, keyboard, mouse, antennas, power cable, or other accessories unless Gigatech specifically requests them.

Should I back up my files before warranty service or a return?

Yes. Back up important data and remove confidential information and removable media before shipment. Troubleshooting or repair may require resetting Windows or replacing a storage drive, and Gigatech cannot guarantee preservation of customer data.

How long does a warranty repair take?

Turnaround depends on diagnosis, parts availability, testing, and shipping. Some repairs are completed quickly after receipt, but same-day or 24-hour service is not guaranteed. Gigatech will provide a case-specific estimate and updates after the system is received and inspected.

Will Gigatech repair my PC or replace it?

Gigatech decides whether to repair the system, replace a covered component, or replace the system based on the diagnosis, warranty terms, part availability, and the exact model. A brand-new replacement or upgrade should never be promised before the case is reviewed.

What is the return policy for a purchase from GigatechGaming.com?

Most new products purchased directly from Gigatech have a 30-day return period from the invoice or packing-slip date. Refurbished products may have a 14-day return period. Returns require prior authorization and are subject to the current refund policy, product condition, exclusions, nonrefundable shipping and handling, and possible restocking fees. Contact Gigatech before shipping anything back; the published refund policy controls.

How do returns work for Walmart, Amazon, Newegg, or another marketplace?

The marketplace's return process and deadlines apply to purchases made there. Gigatech can still provide technical support and may authorize warranty service, but the customer should identify the marketplace and provide its order number before a return, refund, or exchange is discussed.

What happens if Gigatech cannot reproduce the reported problem?

Gigatech will document the inspection and testing results and ask about the customer's exact setup, connected devices, cables, and circumstances. If no covered defect is found, or if damage or unauthorized modifications are discovered, repair and return-shipping responsibility will be handled under the written policy and communicated before the system is returned.

Setup & Troubleshooting

First-start help and safe checks for common PC issues.

What should I connect before turning on my new PC?

Connect the supplied power cable, set the power-supply switch on the rear of the PC to I or On, connect the monitor to the graphics card, attach Wi-Fi antennas if included, and connect the keyboard and mouse. Then turn on the monitor, select its correct input, and press the PC power button.

My new PC has no power. What should I check first?

Confirm the wall outlet or power strip works, fully seat the power cable, set the rear power-supply switch to I or On, and press the case power button. Note whether any lights or fans start and disconnect unnecessary USB devices. If nothing happens, contact Gigatech with the model, order information, photos of the rear connections, and a description of what you observe; do not remove the CPU or cooler.

The PC turns on but the monitor says no signal. What should I do?

Make sure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct HDMI or DisplayPort input. Connect the display cable to the graphics card ports lower on the back of the desktop, not the motherboard ports near the USB connections. Try another graphics-card port, cable, or monitor if available, then contact Gigatech with photos if there is still no display.

Why does the PC take up to a minute to show a picture after the RAM is reseated?

After a RAM change or reseat, the motherboard may perform memory training before displaying an image. Leave the system powered on for at least a minute before concluding there is no display. If it repeatedly restarts or never displays, turn it off and contact Gigatech.

Could the RAM have come loose during shipping?

A RAM module can occasionally shift during transit and cause a no-display or boot problem. Gigatech may provide an official reseating guide if the customer is comfortable working inside the unplugged computer. Otherwise, stop and arrange guided support or warranty service rather than forcing the module.

My PC keeps restarting, crashes, or closes games. What information does support need?

Provide the exact error message or blue-screen code, the game or application, when the problem occurs, how often it happens, connected devices, and any hardware, driver, Windows, BIOS, overclock, or XMP changes. Return BIOS settings to default only if you know how or Gigatech directs you. Do not flash the BIOS or replace parts before support reviews the case.

Wi-Fi is missing or not working. What should I try?

Attach the supplied Wi-Fi antennas securely if the system uses them, restart the PC, and check Windows Update. If possible, connect temporarily by Ethernet so Windows can download the adapter driver. If Wi-Fi still does not appear, send Gigatech a photo of the motherboard or adapter and the exact model so the correct driver can be identified.

Bluetooth is missing or will not connect. What should I try?

Confirm that the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antennas are attached, restart the PC, remove and re-pair the device, and install current Windows and adapter updates. If Bluetooth is absent from Device Manager or repeatedly disconnects, provide the PC model and a Device Manager screenshot so Gigatech can identify the correct driver or hardware.

Windows setup, activation, or my sign-in PIN is not working. What should I do?

Send Gigatech a screenshot of the exact message and explain whether this is first-time setup, activation, or a PIN issue after hardware service. Use Microsoft's on-screen recovery or activation tools while signed into your own account. Gigatech will never ask for your Microsoft password, Windows PIN, one-time code, authentication code, recovery code, or full payment information.

A storage drive is missing, corrupted, or Windows will not boot. What should I do?

Do not format, repartition, or reinstall Windows if important data is not backed up. Tell Gigatech whether the drive appears in BIOS or Disk Management, what changed before the issue, and the exact error shown. Support will determine whether safe troubleshooting, a replacement drive, Windows recovery, or warranty service is appropriate.

The RGB lights stopped working but the PC still works. What should I do?

Confirm whether all lighting or only one fan or component is affected and check any case lighting button or included controller. After shutting down and unplugging the PC, a customer who is comfortable may inspect for an obviously loose lighting-controller cable without forcing connectors. Photos of the rear cable-management area will help Gigatech identify the correct connection.

Why is there an unused SATA cable or another loose cable in the accessory bag?

Some systems include spare cables for future storage expansion, and not every supplied cable is needed for normal operation. Do not connect an unidentified cable at random. Send Gigatech a clear photo of the cable and both ends if you are unsure.

An accessory such as the power cable, antenna, keyboard, mouse, or monitor is missing. What should I do?

Check the accessory bag, foam compartments, and all separately tracked packages. If the item is still missing, contact Gigatech with the order number, purchase channel, missing item, and photos of what was received so a replacement can be reviewed.

Will Gigatech help transfer or troubleshoot third-party software such as antivirus?

Gigatech can help with the computer and Windows environment, but subscriptions, account transfers, license limits, and vendor-specific software are controlled by that software provider. Contact the software company for account or license changes and never send Gigatech the software password or authentication code.

Safety & Human Help

Sensitive information, urgent hardware concerns, and escalation.

What information will Gigatech never ask me to send in chat or email?

Never send passwords, Windows PINs, one-time codes, authentication codes, recovery codes, complete credit-card numbers, CVV codes, or bank login information. Gigatech may ask for an order number, purchase channel, model, shipping contact information through an appropriate secure process, and photos or error messages needed to support the case.

When should the conversational agent hand the customer to a human?

Escalate when the customer reports smoke, sparks, burning smells, liquid exposure, severe physical damage, exposed wiring, repeated electrical failure, possible account or payment fraud, a request for a refund or exception, a warranty authorization, a missing shipment, or any step involving CPU removal, BIOS flashing, credential recovery, or uncertain internal repair. The agent should acknowledge the concern, collect only safe case details, and avoid making a financial, shipping, replacement, or turnaround promise.

Does Gigatech sell custom computer fleets or bulk systems to businesses and organizations?

Yes. Gigatech can design and quote custom systems around the customer's software, displays, peripherals, site, system quantity, budget, and deadline. Business inquiries should include the organization, use case, quantity, required software, display target, location, and desired deployment date.

What business and event computer projects can Gigatech support?

Compatibility is validated against the current requirements for the customer's exact platform and peripherals at quote time.

Can a school, government organization, or business request a purchase order or custom quote?

Eligible organizations can contact Gigatech for a custom quote and available business payment arrangements. Include the legal organization name, billing and delivery location, quantity, required specifications, tax-exempt documentation if applicable, purchasing process, and deadline. Approval and terms must be confirmed by Gigatech before an order is placed.
