Warranty & Lifetime Technical Support
Effective date: July 28, 2026
This policy explains the limited hardware warranty and technical support included with Gigatech Gaming computer systems purchased directly from Gigatech Gaming.
One-year limited parts and labor warranty
Gigatech Gaming warrants the original computer system against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original invoice date. During the coverage period, Gigatech Gaming will diagnose the reported issue and, for an approved covered defect, repair or replace the defective part without charging for the covered part or repair labor.
Replacement parts may be new or professionally reconditioned and will provide substantially equivalent functionality. Parts removed during an approved repair become the property of Gigatech Gaming unless otherwise required by law.
Lifetime technical support
Lifetime technical support means reasonable remote troubleshooting assistance for the original Gigatech system while it is owned by the original purchaser and the relevant hardware and software remain supportable. It is not a lifetime parts warranty, lifetime labor warranty, free upgrade program, or promise to pay third-party software, internet, data-recovery, or on-site service costs.
What is covered
- Defects in the original system’s materials or assembly.
- Failure of an original component during normal intended use within the one-year coverage period.
- Repair labor performed or authorized by Gigatech Gaming for an approved covered defect.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, liquid, fire, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper storage, infestation, or unauthorized commercial use outside the product’s intended purpose.
- Damage caused by overclocking outside supported settings, improper installation, incompatible upgrades, or third-party modifications. Installing or replacing a standard component does not by itself cancel the entire warranty; only damage caused by that work is excluded.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect operation.
- Software, malware, passwords, accounts, data loss, internet service, game performance changes caused by game or driver updates, or third-party peripherals not sold as part of the system.
- Consumable items and damage from inadequate electrical protection or power events.
How to request service
- Email admin@gigatechgaming.com, call (732) 581-9863, or use the contact form.
- Provide the order number, system model, serial number when available, symptoms, and the troubleshooting already attempted.
- Complete reasonable remote diagnostics before shipping the system or a component.
- Do not send a product until Gigatech Gaming provides service authorization and packing instructions.
Warranty shipping
For a verified item that arrived damaged, was the wrong item, or has a covered defect reported within 30 days after delivery, Gigatech Gaming will provide the appropriate instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label. After the first 30 days, the customer normally pays inbound shipping to Gigatech Gaming for warranty diagnosis; Gigatech Gaming pays standard outbound shipping back to the customer for an approved covered repair within the one-year warranty period. Expedited shipping, international charges, improper packaging damage, and service outside the warranty are not covered unless Gigatech Gaming agrees in writing.
Data and packing responsibility
Back up all data and remove sensitive information before service. Hardware service can require drive replacement or operating-system reinstallation. Gigatech Gaming is not responsible for lost or corrupted customer data. Use the original protective packaging when available and follow the provided packing instructions.
Manufacturer warranties and legal rights
Individual components can include separate manufacturer warranties. Gigatech Gaming may use a manufacturer process when appropriate. This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
