Gigatech Lifetime Technical Support: What Is Included

Gigatech buyer education · Updated September 27, 2026

What lifetime technical support means for a Gigatech gaming PC, and how to get useful help.

Quick answer: Direct-purchase Gigatech systems include a one-year limited parts and labor warranty and lifetime technical support. Lifetime support is reasonable remote troubleshooting for the original system while the original purchaser owns it and the relevant hardware and software remain supportable.

This guide explains the Gigatech warranty and lifetime support policy, effective July 28, 2026. That policy provides the coverage terms, exclusions, and shipping details.

Technical support and repair coverage are different

Included benefit What it means What to check
Lifetime technical support Reasonable remote troubleshooting for the original system and owner. Hardware and software must remain supportable; this is not a lifetime repair or upgrade plan.
One-year limited parts and labor warranty Diagnosis and an approved repair or replacement for a covered original-system defect. Coverage runs from the original invoice date. Consult the policy for exclusions and service shipping.

Before you contact support

A clear description helps support identify the next step. Include:

  • Your order number, system model, and serial number if available.
  • What happened, when it started, and whether it happens every time.
  • Any exact error message and the steps already attempted.
  • For a game issue: game name, display resolution, graphics preset, and whether the issue is low frame rate, stutter, a crash, or a missing picture.
  • Any recent hardware, driver, software, or monitor changes.

Do not send account passwords. For service that requires shipping, wait for authorization and packing instructions. Back up your data and remove sensitive information before sending the system.

Common questions from first-time owners

Can I request help after the first year?

Yes. The remote technical-support benefit can continue after the one-year limited hardware warranty ends, subject to the ownership and supportability conditions in the policy. A repair after warranty expiry may involve separate costs.

Does lifetime support include free replacement parts?

No. Covered parts and repair labor are governed by the one-year limited warranty. Lifetime technical support does not extend that hardware coverage indefinitely.

Will you help if a game runs differently after an update?

You can describe the problem to support for reasonable remote troubleshooting. Game and driver updates can change performance; the warranty does not guarantee a fixed frame rate or cover every software issue.

Does adding RAM automatically cancel the warranty?

No. Installing or replacing a standard component does not by itself cancel the entire warranty. Damage caused by incompatible parts or improper installation is excluded under the policy. Ask about compatibility before purchasing an upgrade.

Is support available around the clock?

Messages are reviewed on business days and typically receive a reply within one business day. This is not a promise of 24/7 live assistance or a guaranteed resolution time.

Does this apply to a used PC or a marketplace purchase?

The linked policy covers systems purchased directly from Gigatech and describes the original purchaser’s benefits. For a secondhand system or marketplace order, provide the purchase details so the applicable terms can be checked.
